Service acceptance
Record the condition of the bike and wear parts.
Check the frame, tires and attachments for damage.
Create a cost estimate.
Maintenance
- Clean and wipe down the bike.
- Check and tighten all screw connections.
- Lubricate all moving parts.
Gears
Clean and lubricate the freewheel body.
Clean the cassette and replace if necessary.
Clean the chain, derailleur, crank and chainring.
Adjust gears.
Storage
- Clean the headset bearings or replace if necessary.
- Clean, check and lubricate the bottom bracket.
Brakes
Adjust and fine-tune.
Wheels
Center wheels and check tire pressure.
Electronics
Software analysis and update.
Program service interval and charge battery.
Completion
Carry out a test ride and note maintenance recommendations.
Notification, storage and bike handover.
