Since the beginning of the year, things have been running smoothly, just like in the first year of construction. Deadlines & costs are on schedule. The "good & dry weather" - for the construction - has contributed to this.

Last week, the complete outer walls were erected within 4 days. The windows, like the outer wooden cladding, are now being mounted on these wooden elements.

The roofs are now being sealed in preparation. With the exterior doors, which can be installed in about three weeks, the outer shell can be sealed - another important step.

Inside the building, installers of sanitary, heating, cooling and ventilation systems are working with muscle power on the pre-assembly of the installations. Some pipes are being laid and fitted with sleeves!

With the 13 holes for the geothermal probes (from mid-March) and the screeds (from mid-April), two further important stages are coming up - before the big final spurt of the complete interior finishing and the landscaping work begins!
