Things have been running smoothly since the beginning of the year, just like in the first year of construction. Deadlines and costs are on schedule. The "good & dry weather" - for construction - has played a part in this.

Last week, the complete exterior walls were erected within 4 days. The windows are now being fitted to these wooden elements, as is the exterior formwork in wood.

The roofs are now being sealed. With the external doors, which will be installed in around three weeks, the outer shell can be sealed - another important step.

Inside the building, plumbers from plumbing, heating, cooling and ventilation are working with muscle power on the pre-assembly of the installations. Some pipes are being laid and fitted with sleeves!

With the 13 holes for the geothermal probes (from mid-March) and the subfloors (from mid-April), two further important stages are on the agenda - before the big final spurt of the complete interior construction and the surrounding work begins!
